Savor Seattle Makes Wine Tasting Easy and Fun

Have you ever been to a wine tasting? Wine tasting is a fun experience that can get expensive if you’re going to more than one winery. Savor Seattle has a Wine Passport that is a great value, easy to use, and features wineries in both Seattle and Woodinville so you can make a day of it! Recently, my Seattle Foodie Podcast co-host Nelson Lau and I were invited to try it out by Justin Oba.

For just $59.99, you gain access to 10 wineries and $50 worth of Lyft credits for Seattle users to be sure you get to your destination safely. Currently, there are over 25 wineries to choose from in Seattle and Woodinville and you have a year to use your Wine Passport!

Once you download the Wine Passport app, you can purchase your Passport directly. Then it’s time to get started!

Step 1: Browse

Take a moment to explore the app to find participating businesses and preview tastings, pictures, maps, and more!

Step 2: Select

You can choose 10 locations from the list and your tastings can be redeemed any time they are open!

Step 3: Taste

Visit the business and present your passport. That’s it! Enjoy your tasting! You have a full year to experience your tastings. For Seattle Wine Passport users, use your Lyft credits to get around!

Step 4: What are you waiting for?

I had a chance to try the passport with Savor Seattle with a group. We went to Nine Hats where we had a lovely wine tasting and delicious pizza from Nine Pies next door. We learned about each wine and had time to chat and eat. It was a fun night! Nelson went to Charles Smith Wines Jet City and Nine Hats.

The Wine Passport is perfect for everyday adventures or for special occasions. I loved it! In addition to Savor Seattle’s Wine Passport, they also have a Food Passport in Seattle. Check out Savor Seattle and don’t forget that they give excellent tours of Pike Place Market! Follow the pink umbrella!
