This year was the first Beecher’s Cheese for All tour. The tour traveled three cities and local chefs created delicious burgers and mac and cheese! The dishes used Beecher’s cheese and Mishima Reserve’s Wagyu beef. Attendees voted for their favorites in each category. My Seattle Foodie Podcast co-host Nelson Lau and I were invited to attend and try all the tasty food!

I’d never been to Block 41, an event space in Belltown. The multiple levels, various light sources, and details make this one of my favorite spots! I’m hoping to attend more events here in the future!

Wrap-Up
If you’re wondering how I ate all that food, just know that the struggle is real! I’d say that a ticket price is well worth it if I had to pay because I was stuffed when we were done. We also had Salt and Straw ice cream for dessert! The flavor was Beecher’s Flagship Cheesecake. Yum!

The day was also fun because I got to spend it with foodie friends! Here’s a few Instagrammers I saw that day: @stephforrer, @rileysinstagram, @emeraldcityeater, @bobaeggs, @tinyhangrytiff, @tdteats, @obaliciouspnw, @momoshares, @tor601, @monmon.eats, @lyfeofjess.
