Downtown Seattle has become home to several new hotels in the last few years. The Sound Hotel at Belltown opened earlier this year and I’ve visited to eat at Currant Bistro, to tour the hotel, and to celebrate their Grand Opening.

This is the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton in the state of Washington! While I haven’t experienced a stay here, I can tell you that the rooms are absolutely gorgeous! The hotel has 142 guest rooms located on the first 10 floors of the building.

The Grand Opening celebration was the best party I’ve been to in awhile. One of the highlights was the tour of the hotel and Arrivé. Arrivé is a collection of over 30 floors of apartments that sit above The Sound Hotel at Belltown.

Whether you’re visiting the hotel or apartments, the views are breathtaking! In addition to the gorgeous view of the Space Needle, the hotel offers Sound Bite Lounge and the Lupine Room for gatherings. It was such a fun rooftop party! Arrivé has a gorgeous common room a view from every vantage point! They even have their own movie theater!

A Grand Opening without food and drink isn’t a party at all. Food and drink from Currant Bistro was plentiful everywhere! My favorite bite of the night was the crab roll!

A party isn’t complete without cocktails and the signature drink that night was the Velvet River. Yum!

The Sound Hotel’s location offers access to the Space Needle, waterfront, Pike Place Market, shopping, restaurants, and more!
